The tool changes every six months. The craft doesn’t.
AI tools change every six months; the fundamentals — drawing, timing, composition, code — do not. You learn the classical skill first, then learn to direct AI tools from a position of judgment.
A student who only knows the tool is replaceable by the next tool. A student who knows the craft can evaluate it, correct it, and out-produce it.
So in the flagship program’s first term you learn design and motion fundamentals — composition, timing, drawing — and produce work by hand before directing a single AI tool.
